This recipe for Korean Pork Chops is an easy dinner for those lazy nights when you don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen! I also love that it only dirties one pan!
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce
4 teaspoons Siracha
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons seasame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Mae Ploy, sirarcha, garlic, seasame oil, ground ginger and pepper.
In a large oven proof skillet, heat up olive oil on medium high heat. Add pork chops and brown on each side for about five minutes. Add the marinade to the skillet and place in the oven to finish cooking. Cook for about ten minutes or until they are cooked all the way through.
Remove from oven and serve over rice.
Enjoy!
