Ingredients Needed For Breakfast Smoothie:
25-30 frozen strawberries
1 banana, peeled
1 cup spinach
2 Tablespoons ground flax seed
2 cups milk-more or less for desired thick or thinness
10 baby carrots
6 ounces raspberry yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
Vanilla protein powder, optional
Instructions For Breakfast Smoothie:
Place all ingredients in a good blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk as desired to get the desired consistency. (I like to start with 1 1/2 cups of milk but, I usually end up using 2 cups for desired consistency)
Serve in glasses with fun straws. This recipe will make around 7 cups depending on how much milk and strawberries you add.
If I have leftovers, I freeze it for a quick breakfast later in the week.
NOTE: Add vanilla protein powder to increase protein, if desired.
This is packed with good things for your body! Enjoy!! 😊
