Ingredients Needed for Beef Stroganoff:
1 pound ground beef
2 cups sour cream
1 cup milk
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cans (6 ounces each) mushrooms, drained
1 package beef stew seasoning (in a package like taco seasoning-use the McCormick’s brand)
12 ounces egg noodles
Cook’s Note:
The beef stew seasoning makes a big difference! Use McCormick’s Beef Stew Seasoning Mix, it is the best! It is pictured below in a link.
How to Make This Beef Stroganoff Recipe:
Crumble cook ground beef with the minced garlic.
When meat is thoroughly cooked, mix beef stew seasoning, mushrooms, milk, and sour cream with the ground beef.
While the meat mixture heats through, cook egg noodles according to the packaged directions.
Serve hot and enjoy!

I don’t always say brand names make a difference. Sometimes store brands are perfect. However, McCormick’s is the one to use for this recipe.
