Valentine’s Day Cupcakes are a delicious chocolate cupcake filled with a creamy marshmallow creme filling and topped with frosting.
We love baking and having fun in the kitchen. These cupcakes were fun to make and delicious to eat. The marshmallow creme filling is the best. We use it for frosting, filling, and fruit and cookie dip.
Ingredients Needed for Valentine’s Day Cupcakes:
1 boxed cake mix, prepare as directed on the box
24 cupcake papers
Filling: Marshmallow Creme Frosting
Cupcake Plunger to remove cupcake center
Favorite frosting-homemade or store purchased
Instructions for Valentine’s Day Cupcakes:
Bake cupcakes as directed. Cool on a wire rack.
When cupcakes have cooled remove the centers with a cupcake plunger.
Fill the center of the cupcake with Marshmallow Creme Frosting. Top with your favorite butter cream frosting. Or top with the marshmallow creme frosting too. It’s delicious!! Decorate if desired.
Refrigerate the cupcakes. Serve and enjoy!
Keep leftovers in the refrigerator.
