Barbecue Boneless Pork Ribs are made in the slow cooker and then finish them off in the oven or on the grill. I like to cook ribs in the slow cooker and then coating them with barbecue sauce and grilling them. Sometimes, I have to use the oven on low broil. It works fine, too.
Ingredients Needed for Boneless Pork Ribs:
6 lbs boneless pork ribs
Barbecue Sauce of your choice or, try our Homemade Barbecue Sauce. This sauce is simple to make and very good.
Instructions for Barbecue Boneless Pork Ribs:
Pour a little barbecue sauce in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour some barbecue sauce over the top of ribs. Cook on low for eight hours.
After the eight hours, if your meat is falling apart, you can place your ribs on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Brush barbecue sauce on the top and sides of ribs. Then, place the ribs in the oven on low broil (I use low because I usually burn my food on high). Watch very closely. When barbecue sauce looks thicker and more sticky, remove from oven. Turn ribs over, brush barbecue sauce on that side of the ribs and broil again. Remove when the sauce thickens.
You can also use a barbecue grill. Brush barbecue sauce on the ribs as you grill each side.
