These Valentine’s Day French Toast Bites are so cute and fun. Kids will love them for Valentine’s Day breakfast. They are delicious dipped in your favorite syrup-mine is Red Raspberry Syrup.

Ingredients needed for Valentine’s Day French Toast Bites:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Bread (we used white bread)
Heart cookie cutter, small
2 Tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
(You can also use 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar mixed together instead of the brown sugar and cinnamon)
How to make French Toast Bites:
Use cookie cutter to cut hearts out of the middle of each piece of bread.
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in a frying pan or electric fry pan.
Combine eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl big enough to dip the cut out bread in.
Fry each heart in the melted butter until lightly browned on each side.
Remove from pan and coat with either the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture or the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Serve with our favorite Red Raspberry Syrup and/or whipped cream.

Ingredients
