I love dinners where I only have to dirty a couple dishes. It makes me so happy to have an easy clean up! One Dish Ritz Chicken Casserole is so fast and easy and it comes together in one dish (plus a bowl to melt the butter in)! Plus it is one of my husband’s absolute favorite casseroles. He would like to eat this three times a week.
Ingredients Needed for One Dish Ritz Chicken Casserole:
2 cans (12.5 oz) Kirkland Shredded Chicken Breast, drained
10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2-1 tsp dries parsley to garnish
Option: add some thinly sliced green onion to the chicken mixture, if desired.
Instructions for One Dish Ritz Chicken Casserole:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In 2.5 quart baking dish, mix together drained chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl.
Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture. Drizzle the melted butter on top of Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 12.5 ounce cans chicken breast drained
- 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt more or less to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper more or less to taste
- 1/2-1 tsp dried parsley to garnish
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350°

Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. set aside.

Add drained chicken, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper to a 2.5 quart baking dish and stir to combine. Then, spread to cover the bottom of the baking dish.

Crush crackers and sprinkle over the chicken mixture.

Drizzle butter over the top.

Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
