Ingredients Needed for Easy Bean Dip:
Refried beans
Diced green chiles, drained
Sour cream
Thick and chunky salsa
Shredded cheddar cheese
Slice pickled jalapeños.
Optional: diced tomatoes and sliced olives are also great served with this dip.
Instructions for Easy Bean Dip:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In an 8×8 pan or baking dish, spread refried beans in the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle the drained diced green chiles on top of the beans. Try to distribute evenly.
Then, place the sour cream and salsa in layers on top of the green chilies. Try to spread evenly.
Sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, just until heated through and the cheese has melted.
Take out of oven and serve warm with sliced pickled jalapeños and with your favorite tortilla chips!
Cook’s Note:
If you are not a fan warm sour cream, omit the sour cream when layering the dip (before you bake it) and serve the sour cream on the side.
Diced tomatoes and sliced olives are also very yummy served with this bean dip.

- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup salsa thick and chunky
- 3/4-1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- sliced pickled jalapeños
