Crunchy Jalapeño Chicken Nuggets are coated in Lays Kettle Cooked Jalapeño Chips. They make these chicken nuggets crunchy, spicy and juicy.
Ingredients Needed for Crunchy Jalapeño Chicken Nuggets:
1 bag of Lays Kettle Cooked Jalapeno chips
2 pounds chicken, cut into cubes about the size of a chicken nugget
1/2 cup milk
Pepper to taste
Instructions for Crunchy Jalapeño Chicken Nuggets:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Open the bag of chips and pour the chips into a large Ziploc bag. Seal the bag and crush the chips into tiny pieces, using a rolling pin.
Then, transfer the crushed chip crumbs into a bowl that is big enough to dip the chicken pieces in.
Pour the half cup of milk into bowl big enough to dip the chicken in.
Dip cut up chicken pieces in the milk and then into the chips, covering as much of the chicken as possible. Place the coated chicken pieces on a greased 9×13 pan. Continue with the rest of chicken. Sprinkle some pepper over the top of all of the chicken pieces.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
