Ingredients Needed for Brett’s Burgers:
2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
How to Make Brett’s Burgers:
In a medium to large mixing bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup. Mix until smooth.
Then, add the ground beef to the seasoning mixture and mix until seasoning mixture is well incorporated.
Form hamburger patties out of the beef mixture. You choose the size and thickness.
Grill the burgers until they are cooked through.
Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite hamburger toppings.
We like to garnish with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, Guacamole, Fry Sauce, or any other toppings that you love.

Brett’s Burgers
A thick and flavorful burger for the grill.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
